2026 Rule Revisions - Proposed and Recommended
On July 16, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Texana Groundwater Conservation District 1) convened and held open the rulemaking hearing regarding the "2026 Proposed Rules of the District", 2) proposed revisions to the "2026 Proposed Rules of the District" as the "2026 Proposed Rules of the District - Version 20260716", and 3) instructed staff to accept, publish, and prepare the necessary notices for the Board to consider, on October 15, 2026, any new recommendations to revise the Rules of the District.
