The District monitors and assesses the condition of the groundwater resources within its jurisdiction through the data collection activities and related assessment projects of Groundwater Monitoring Program. 

The District collects aquifer measurement data to facilitate 1) the assessment of the present aquifer condition, 2) compare historical conditions to current conditions, and 3) evaluate current and future achievement and of Desired Future Conditions established for the county.
