Disclosures related to Properties and Tax Rates

The District was created and is organized under Chapter 36 of the Texas Water Code.  All taxable property within Jackson County is considered to be within the district for the purposes of establishing tax rates.  The Board of Directors has established a tax rate for the maintenance and operation of the district.  The tax rate for maintenance and operations adopted for the current year is listed below.  The district has not issued bonds.
