Notice is hereby given in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Government Code and Section 36.064 of the Texas Water Code that the Texana Groundwater Conservation District Board of Directors will hold a meeting on July 20, 2023, at 8:30 AM at the County Services Building, 411 N. Wells, Edna, Texas. 

Notice is hereby given in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Government Code and Section 36.064 of the Texas Water Code that the Texana Groundwater Conservation District Board of Directors will hold a meeting on August 17, 2023, at 8:30 AM at the County Services Building, 411 N. Wells, Edna, Texas. 

Notice is hereby given in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Government Code and Section 36.064 of the Texas Water Code that the Texana Groundwater Conservation District Board of Directors will hold a meeting on August 31, 2023, at 6:00 PM at the County Services Building, 411 N. Wells, Edna, Texas. 

Due to a lack of a quorum of directors to be present at the meeting scheduled for October 19, 2023, the meeting of Texana Groundwater Conservation District Board of Directors is cancelled as of October 18, 2023. 

Notice is hereby given in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Government Code and Section 36.064 of the Texas Water Code that the Texana Groundwater Conservation District Board of Directors will hold a meeting on January 18, 2024, at 6:00 PM at the County Services Building, 411 N. Wells, Edna, Texas.
