Well Driller's Packet
Complete an Notice of Intent to Drill a Well (NIDW Form) available in the Well Driller's Packet for the purposes of providing notice of intent to drill a well.

Registration Applications for Existing Water Wells
Complete an ARW Form for the purposes of registering an existing well.
